Instructions for Applicant to fill Online Application for Recruitment of Various Posts
1) Before filling up the online application form for recruitment of various Posts, Applicant is advised to carefully go through the relevant notification available on website of Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Govt. of Maharashtra i.e. https://dmerrecruitment.maha-arogya.com

2) It is mandatory to fill online application by all aspirant Applicant for recruitment of Tutor, Demonstrator, Junior Resident (Non-Academic) and Senior Resident (Non-Academic) Posts. Application submitted on any other format will not be accepted.

3) For Bonded Posts, The applicant is expected to fill the application in 6 steps in total. OTP will not be required while filling the application for the first time. Applicant cannot update/edit application once application is submitted. If Application is not Submitted and wants to Update/Edit incomplete application, Please provide OTP received on your Mobile. Last date to Fill Step-1, Step-2 and Step-3 in the Application form is 22/02/2026. After this date, Link will be closed for Step-1,Step-2 and Step-3. Last date to Fill Step-4,Step-5 and Step-6 in the Application form is 25/02/2026. After this date, Link will be closed for Step-4, Step-5 and Step-6. Details of amount paid by you also included in application printout.

4) For Bonded Posts, After Last Date to fill Step-1, Step2 and Step-3 in the Application Form, Merit will Generated and window will be closed for Step-1 , Step-2, Step-3 and the Window will be Open for Step-4 i.e. Preferences/Choices for Applicant, Step-5 i.e. Payment of Application and Step-6 i.e. Submission of Final Application Form. Preference/Choices (Step-4), Payment (Step-5) and Final Application Submission (Step-6) window will be Open from 24/02/2026 to 25/02/2026. After this date, window will be closed for Step-4, Step-5 and Step-6.

5) For Tutor and Junior Resident Posts, The applicant is expected to fill the application in 6 steps in total. OTP will not be required while filling the application for the first time. Applicant cannot update/edit application once application is submitted. If Application is not Submitted and wants to Update/Edit incomplete application, Please provide OTP received on your Mobile. Last date to Fill Step-1, Step-2 and Step-3 in the Application form is 23/02/2026. After this date, Link will be closed for Step-1,Step-2 and Step-3. Last date to Fill Step-4,Step-5 and Step-6 in the Application form is 27/02/2026. After this date, Link will be closed for Step-4, Step-5 and Step-6. Details of amount paid by you also included in application printout.

6) For Tutor and Junior Resident Posts, After Last Date to fill Step-1, Step2 and Step-3 in the Application Form, Merit will Generated and window will be closed for Step-1 , Step-2, Step-3 and the Window will be Open for Step-4 i.e. Preferences/Choices for Applicant, Step-5 i.e. Payment of Application and Step-6 i.e. Submission of Final Application Form. Preference/Choices (Step-4), Payment (Step-5) and Final Application Submission (Step-6) window will be Open from 25/02/2026 to 27/02/2026. After this date, window will be closed for Step-4, Step-5 and Step-6.

7) Applicant cannot update/edit Preferences once Prefences window will be closed.

8) Applicant need to fill application form in total 6 Steps viz

    Step-1 : General Information of Applicant,
    Step-2 : Details of Educational Information,
    Step-3 : Uploading of Documents / Certificates,
    Step-4 : Select your Preferences of posting,
    Step-5 : Online Payment of Application Fees,
    Step-6 : Submit Online Application,
    Step-7 : Printing of Submitted Application,    


Missing of any step in application form may lead to reject of your application.


9) After Step-1, a unique application number will be generated for each new application which will be further used to identify the application.

10) Separate Application needs to fill for Bonded Posts and Non-Bonded Posts.

11) Please ensure that all information provided is correct and accurate. Recruitment on false information and certificate will be ipso facto null and void and also appropriate action will be taken by Medical Education and Drug Department, Govt. of Maharashtra

12) Applicant needs to upload documents having file size of each document should not be more than 10 MB. Applicant Photo and Sign should be in JPEG format and all other documents should be in PDF format

13) Applicant can send their query/complaint/objection if any while filling online application through online Query/Grievance Module

14) All applicant should use their regular Mobile number during complete process. The candidate will received OTP and SMS during filling of application form and during the whole process regarding their application status.

15) During filling of application and during process, you will receive information by SMS and email about your application status. Therefore don't change your mobile number and email.

16) Canvassing in any form by Applicant will disqualify the application.

17) All legal disputes pertaining to recruitment of Tutor, Demonstrator, Junior Resident (Non-Academic) and Senior Resident (Non-Academic) Posts shall fall within the jurisdiction of Mumbai High Court only.

18) Fees once paid will not be refunded for any reason
